Pike Motorworks Apartments have great floor plans with modern interiors and nice amenities including a big gym, a public conference room, a secure package room system, and a big beautiful rooftop with a view of the Space Needle and big grill. Apartments are well maintained, common spaces are up kept with cleanliness, and management is taking all safety precautions very seriously during covid (elevators are well ventilated and reservations are set up for using common spaces).
